At Atteal Cleaning, we offer one service, because that’s all you need. Our Signature Clean is a complete, top-to-bottom clean that delivers what most companies would call a “deep clean” by default. No upsells, no confusing tiers, just one consistent, thorough experience every time. We’ve built our reputation on exceeding expectations. While other companies reserve detailed cleaning for higher-priced packages, our standard includes deep-clean quality in every visit. From sparkling kitchens to spotless closets, every room gets detailed care. We believe everyone deserves to walk into a refreshed, revitalized home without having to pay extra for the basics. Why Atteal Is Different Our Signature Clean isn’t “basic” by industry standards. Cancellation Policy

At Atteal Cleaning Services, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality service to every client. In order to uphold our standards and efficiently allocate our time and staff, we’ve implemented the 48-Hour Booking Commitment Policy. When you book an appointment with us, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. We prepare our schedule, staff, and resources around your booking to ensure timely and effective service. Because of this, we kindly ask all clients to commit to their scheduled appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or Rescheduling: Clients are not permitted to cancel or reschedule their appointments less than 48 hours before their scheduled service time. This includes all modifications to the service type, date, or time. Requests made within the 48-hour window will not be honored, and the full service fee may still apply. We reserve the right to enforce this charge to cover the cost of lost time, labor scheduling, and travel commitments. If an emergency arises and you must cancel or reschedule within this window, please contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee an exception, we will do our best to accommodate in urgent or unavoidable situations at our discretion. Why This Policy Matters: It protects our team members from last-minute cancellations that affect their income. It ensures fairness to other clients waiting for an available time slot. It allows us to run a consistent and reliable schedule. Booking Platform Note: To maintain the integrity of this policy, our booking system disables customer access to cancellation and rescheduling options once the 48-hour window begins. If you need to make any changes before that period, you’re welcome to do so via your original booking confirmation or by contacting our team directly.
